Adam is a startup and technology attorney in NYC, where he advises entrepreneurs, established companies, and investors on a wide range of transactional matters, including corporate law, contracts, intellectual property and strategic transactions. He also offers business consulting services, including business plan and profitability analysis, project management and product development.
As a former software developer at a startup that had a successful exit, Adam has keen insight into the drivers of success in the tech industry. Adam is a problem solver at heart, and enjoys leveraging his understanding of business fundamentals and multi-disciplinary background to help his clients achieve their most ambitious objectives.
Adam graduated magna cum laude from Fordham Law, where he was a founding member of the first clinical legal education program in Ghana, a senior editor on the International Law Journal, and held internships at the UNDP and OECD. Prior to law school, Adam was a software developer and network engineer, working at LogicTools, Inc., a startup that had a successful exit when it was purchased by IBM. After law school, Adam was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, with a practice focused on middle market private equity leveraged buyouts and public M&A.
